MS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

JZ Design Build operates an SMS text messaging program (the "Program") that delivers marketing and promotional messages to subscribers who have affirmatively opted in. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Enroll

You may enroll by completing the sign-up form at https://www.jzdesignbuild.com/text-signup and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to incur charges on, the mobile number you submit.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is approximately one (1) message per year.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also opt out by emailing jzdesignbuildmarketing@gmail.com or calling 201-228-0831.

To rejoin after opting out, complete the sign-up form again at https://www.jzdesignbuild.com/text-signup.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at jzdesignbuildmarketing@gmail.com or 201-228-0831.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Delivery and Availability

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected. The Program may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

9. Your Obligations

  • Provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use.

  • Notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

  • Do not use the Program for any unlawful purpose.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JZ Design Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
